Description
Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for performing production processes in the Grit-Blast and Prime area. Additional responsibility to perform and document the quality control testing required by daily production of the TX1 and Plasma areas.
This is an entry level position with training provided for a general and detailed understanding of each production process area and the laboratory functions required to support them.

- Performing Grit-Blast and Prime processes following written Work Instructions.
- Performing preventative maintenance and diagnostics on equipment and process as required. Keeping required maintenance logs up to date.
- Performing and documenting the required process verification test in a safe manner according to approved procedures, product specific control plans, and quality system procedures.
- Supporting in testing and documenting process improvements.
- Assisting in writing and updating test procedures or Work Instructions in support of new or improved processes.
- Assisting in maintaining clean, orderly, and properly stocked lab and production areas.
- Assisting quality in process and quality system audits.
- Performing other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 yr degree or Certificate in STEM, chemistry preferred or equivalent laboratory work experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a laboratory or production environment working with chemicals.
- Must have ability to pass medical evaluation for respirator use and abide by requirements for wearing respiratory protection such as a Powered Air Purifying Respirator.
- Must possess good finger dexterity skills, and math skills
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds in a safe manner, and request assistance when warranted.
- Must have the ability to work in elevated temperature environments for short periods of time utilizing protective equipment
- Must maintain adequate near vision by means of annual test (per requirements of Work Instruction TES.WlQA.02).
