Our Company Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the AEM Assets Product Management team. AEM Assets is designed to automate and accelerate every aspect of enterprise and digital agency content supply chains. This high-visibility role requires developing and leading strategic goals to envision, build, and deliver Adobe's technology solutions. These solutions will leverage AI to empower enterprise customers and digital agencies to scale content, deliver hyper-personalized experiences, and build efficient content supply chains. In this role, responsibilities will also include planning and roadmap activities across product teams, managing dynamic priorities, aligning core teams and partners, and communicating status both vertically and horizontally within the company and to customers. This cross-functional role involves collaboration with various teams at Adobe, as well as with customers and external vendors, playing a critical role in advancing the business. Successful candidates will have a passion for AI, solving complex enterprise challenges, a proven background in product management, and experience working with marketing teams, creative teams, and/or agencies. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
