Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Project Management and Case Management-Regulations. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effectively and ensure compliance with regulations. The candidate will work in a day shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the CX-Project Management domain
  • Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Ensure compliance with Case Management-Regulations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes
  • Provide training and support to team members on project management tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to improve future project performance

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in CX-Project Management with proven experience in leading complex projects
  • Demonstrate expertise in Case Management-Regulations ensuring compliance throughout project execution
  • Have experience in Audit & QC-Regulations which is considered a plus
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Have a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 20 years of relevant experience
  • Be able to work in a day shift with no travel requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Be adaptable and open to change in a dynamic work environment.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/18/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $120,150 - $220,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
