Job Purpose The Quality Auditor will provide quality assurance support to the product development team, resolving bugs, defects, and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. The Quality Engineer will inspect the quality of work that our service teams perform and submit reports on each audit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products. * Ensures products & services meet the organizations and customers' quality and product integrity requirements. * Supports product & services development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process. * Identifies root causes of problems in the installation process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures. * Analyzes data to identify trends in services quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects. * Work with the Project Manager, lead tech to set audit schedules performed virtually and in person. * Assists the installation teams with questions they may have on customer specific specifications and their recommendations. * Assist the ESA service organization manage our $160M business. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organization's installation processes. * Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Degree or related discipline required. * Minimum of 5 years' experience in the telecommunication/broadband industry. Preferred Qualifications Charter, Comcast or other cable provider experience is a plus General Job Requirements Generic Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.
