Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally's jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

The Finance Controller oversees the financial operations of the casino. Is responsible for accurate recording to the General Ledger and reporting to management and various regulatory and government agencies.

Responsibilities:

* Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
* Safeguard all corporate records
* Formulate, implement and enforce rules and procedures for the Accounting Department.
* Hire, train, schedule, evaluate and terminate accounting personnel.
* Primarily responsible for implementation and enforcement of all Internal Controls.
* Preparation of all Illinois Gaming Reports.
* Review of all financial statements and management reports and related journals and source documents.
* Reconciliation of Casino funds
* Periodically holds unscheduled counts of various casino gaming and non-gaming operations.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must have a bachelor's degree in the field of finance or accounting
* Must have more than three years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the casino industry
* General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operating principles is required, and CPA preferred
* Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and models is required
* Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required
* Must have superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
* Must have a demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels are required
