Job Summary:

Trimble's Field Systems Sales and Distribution team is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support key initiatives that drive customer engagement and market growth. This role offers hands-on experience in a technology-driven environment, with exposure to sales strategy, data analytics, and customer-focused solutions. The intern will contribute to real projects across account management, reporting, and field system workflows. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills while gaining insight into the sales and distribution process within a global tech leader.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Map Strategic Account construction projects and build an internal information repository.

  • Develop reporting and analytics using Construct Connect Insight and Gainsight.

  • Analyze customer data and compile success stories.

  • Support agreement management, customer visits, and tech assessments.

  • Build and/or leverage training content for products like SiteVision and Trimble Connect to increase product knowledge across the Trimble Field Systems and dealer sales teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to support sales rep training.

  • Assist with dealer visits to demonstrate field system workflows.

  • Create content and tools to support dealer sales and customer demos.

  • Clean and organize Salesforce data; formalize dealer compensation processes.

  • Track subscription metrics (ARR, renewals, churn) and inbound lead performance.

  • Apply business and data analytics to track subscription metrics, lead performance, and strategic account insights.

Required Experience:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Experience and interest in working with data/business analytics, data mining, and/or business intelligence

  • Experience in civil engineering, construction, or geomatics is a plus

  • Familiarity with Power BI Dashboards (DOMO), Salesforce or Hubspot

  • Outgoing self-starter willing to engage with dealers and customers promptly.

  • Strong digital skills to learn office-to-field-to-office workflows.

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
