Overview

Responsibilities



  • Work with internal stakeholders to build targeted audience segments and create profiling for email, direct mail, digital advertising, and outbound calling campaigns using Pardot, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics
  • Work with cross departmental stakeholders for process visualization
  • Extract and summarize customer and product data by performing data pull requests using Excel and SQL
  • Use text mining on email data and identify marketing content by analyzing performance metrics like open, click rates and unsubscribe to provide insights regarding content consisting of subject lines, newsletter copies and personalized messages for the appropriate target audiences
  • Improve data quality by processing data, creating mappings and automated applications through Informatica Data Quality to clean, standardize and enrich customer data, converting unmarketable audiences into marketable prospects
  • Build reports using Power BI, Excel and Adobe Analytics, and present findings to provide actionable insights to support the business strategy behind marketing and sales initiatives
  • Create workflows for project and task management in Workfront
  • Implement integration techniques to translate location analytics into standard processes via dashboard and data segmentation using ArcGIS Online and Pardot


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study and Five (5) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study AND Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
  • Applicants must also have experience with the following: Power BI; Improving processes and workflows using templates and projects in Workfront; Demandbase Analytics, Journeys, and Orchestration; Informatica Developer, with ability to create physical data objects (including reference tables), mapplets, transformations and mappings; and Satori BulkMailer, understanding of direct mail process including address validation, move updates and deduplication

$140,546 $142,000 USD
