Staffmark is hiring a Sales Representative
on behalf of our client in San Marcos, CA! This direct hire opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong sales mindset, great customer service skills, and a passion for the off-road, agricultural, marine, or heavy equipment industries.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage a portfolio of 250-400 B2B accounts
  • Analyze past sales and drive new growth strategies
  • Customize outreach for each partner to maximize results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Production teams
  • Lead strategic, quota-based sales conversations confidently
  • Prepare accurate quotes, reports, and sales documentation



What You Bring:



  • 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, ideally within the Off-Road, Agricultural, Marine, or Heavy Equipment industries
  • Strong B2B relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to drive results with a data-driven mindset
  • Existing industry connections or product knowledge is a big plus

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
