Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM | $20 - $25 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma | 1 year of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience | A+ certification | Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft applications/utilities

IT Support Specialist Job Responsibilities



  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by providing end-user technical support.
  • Manage new user account creation and deployment.
  • Install, identify, and repair hardware, monitors, keyboards, printers, docking stations, etc.
  • Load and verify software packages.
  • Coordinate with a 3rd party to resolve tickets.
  • Provide training as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
