Shifts/Pay Available:



  • 1st: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $20.50/hr.
  • 2nd: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $22.50/hr. ($20.50 + $2.00 shift premium)
  • 3rd: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $22.50/hr. ($20.50 + $2.00 shift premium)
  • Weekend: Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $22.00/hr. ($20.50 + $1.50 shift premium)



The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation while utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs. The Reach Truck Operator will be moving skids of freight in and out of rack locations that range up to 25 feet in elevation.

Responsibilities:



  • Safely operate High-Reach Truck and/or Reach Truck to move products or materials for distribution such as reach, slip sheet, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking.
  • Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
  • Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas.
  • Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
  • Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
  • Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
  • Complete cycle count as required.
  • Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks.
  • Ensure the facility is inspection-ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
  • Communicate and report any incidents to the supervisor.
  • May perform housekeeping duties.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2 years of High-Reach Truck and/or Reach Truck experience; must be licensed or able to obtain a license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and action-oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate and adapt to shifting situations.
  • Effective decision-making and process optimization skills.
