Job Title: Delivery Lead (Pre-sales and Data background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Delivery Lead with a strong background in presales, Azure Data Services (ADF, ADB), and emerging technologies like Generative AI to manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting pre-sales activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

* Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

* Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to stakeholders.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals and solutions to potential clients.

* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase capabilities.

* Assist in shaping sales strategies and customer requests into deliverables that highlight product strengths and competitive advantages

* Provide expert guidance on solution design and implementation, particularly in Azure Data Services (ADF, ADB) and Generative AI.

* Lead proof of concepts and experiments on current and upcoming product features

* Efficiently manage delivery timelines and resources, ensuring optimal utilization of teams

* Implement best practices in project management to ensure high-quality delivery

Experience:

* Proven experience in delivery leadership and pre-sales activities.

* Strong background in managing client accounts and delivering complex projects.

* Demonstrated success in developing and executing IT strategies that deliver results

* Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, ADB) and emerging technologies like Generative AI

Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguities

* Technical proficiency in Azure Data Services (ADF, ADB) and Generative AI platforms.

Certifications:

Azure certifications, or other relevant certifications are preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 15, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
