Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with demonstrated ability in IT Service Management Incident Management Service Now and Desktop Support - Remote. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. The role involves day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the IT Service Management processes to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Supervise incident management activities to quickly resolve issues and minimize downtime.
  • Provide expert support for Service Now ensuring efficient performance and user happiness.
  • Manage remote desktop support to assist users with technical issues and maintain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and improve IT service processes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT service management processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all IT operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of IT service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT service improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on IT service performance and issues.
  • Use domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to tailor IT services to business needs.
Qualifications
  • Possess solid experience in IT Service Management and Incident Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Service Now and remote desktop support.
  • Have a solid grasp of IT operations and service delivery processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and solve skills.
  • Show proficiency in crafting and maintaining user documentation.
  • Display good communication and partnership abilities.
Certifications Required

ITIL Certification Service Now Certification

The annual salary for this position is between $[85,000 - 105,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
