*Role Description:*
This supplies industrial laser and automation solutions to various manufacturing fields in North America. We are looking for a qualified candidate for the Robotic and Automation Specialist role. This role will encompass the full scope of all automated sales from R&D to Installation and Support. * * *Specific Duties:* -Provide technical expertise to drive market share and conversions at competitively held accounts. -Maintain a strong technical understanding of the platform's capabilities and stay current on new features. -Demonstrate the equipment in a showroom or customer environment. -Work with sales, installation, and service teams to assist with project workflow. -Visit customer facilities to develop automation and robotic solutions for their specific needs. Responsible for developing the automation solution supporting the to-be process using various technologies. -Work directly with customers and installation team to ensure a smooth installation and startup. -Work with related software to program and support the manufacturing process. -Work with outside system integrators. -Provide continued training and support to customers throughout the product life. * * *Previous experience and required knowledge:* -Robotic Programming, Python -Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD -Excellent Communication Skills -PowerPoint, Excel -80+% Travel * * *Education Recommendations:* -Technical degree in Robotics -Manufacturing Engineering Degree -Mechanical Engineering Degree *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
