Job Title: Insurance Authorization Manager Pay: $25-26/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri Rotating Shift 8:30-5 & 9:30-6 Location: Woods Cross, UT Start Date: 4/28 and or 2-weeks post offer 1-Step Onsite Interview with Intake Director Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Authorization Manager to join our team in Woods Cross, UT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the insurance authorization process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of insurance claims, and managing a team of authorization specialists. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the insurance authorization department. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance authorizations and claims. * Manage and train a team of authorization specialists. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve authorization issues. * Monitor and analyze authorization metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in insurance policies. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related work experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance authorization or a related role. * Strong knowledge of insurance authorization processes and healthcare regulations. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
