FlexStaff is seeking a Collections Specialist for our client, a large-scale, full-line convenience distributor.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and work to build solid relationships with our customers

• Conduct detailed research into discrepancies and maintain up-to-date information on customers and your collection efforts.

• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections activities and outstanding balances for management review.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in B-2-B A/R Collections (required)

• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience (required)

• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and applications used in A/R (required)

• Willing to have a background check
