Are you passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? At Johns Hopkins Health System, we're seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our exceptional team. This role provides an incredible opportunity to help patients achieve their maximum level of independence, develop innovative treatment plans, and collaborate with a world-class multidisciplinary healthcare team.

What You'll Do:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:




  • Deliver patient-centered, age-appropriate care to a diverse population spanning infants to geriatric patients.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and guide patients toward restoring function and minimizing disabilities.
  • Perform specialized procedures, including Modified Barium Swallow Studies, to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Actively contribute to department goals, policies, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor students, staff, and volunteers while staying at the forefront of speech-language pathology advancements.



What You'll Bring:




  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in dysphagia, adult speech, language, and voice, or neonatal care is preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications:

    • Current SLP License from the State of Maryland.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (preferred).
    • Current CPR certification.

Salary Range: Minimum $51.00/hour - Maximum $51.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
