Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | $20 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma | 2+ years of customer service in an industrial setting | Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite | Excellent communication and organizational skills

*An advanced degree in business or a related field is preferred

Customer Service Representative Job Tasks



  • Handle & process customer inquiries.
  • Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
  • File maintenance.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
