What You Bring to the Table

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Perform high-quality welding on various metal components, structures, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Prepare surfaces and set up welding equipment according to project specifications.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot welding tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.



What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or GED; vocational training or certifications in welding preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of welding experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings & metal fabrication.
  • Certification from AWS or equivalent is a plus.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor environments.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right.
