Role : Product Director - Experience, Execution Portfolio

Location : Dallas office - Hybrid role ( In-office presence REQUIRED)

As the Director of Product Management at Blue Yonder, you will work with product managers in shaping a strategic vision and roadmap for the User Experience of our Supply Chain Execution portfolio. Leveraging your extensive experience in product management and expertise in Supply Chain Execution across Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Order management, you will drive the development and delivery of best-in-class products that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the product management team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for our execution solutions portfolio, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution.
  • Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights initiatives to identify key market opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Drive product development and delivery through agile methodologies, ensuring timely releases and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Warehouse, Transportation and Order Management, providing guidance and mentorship to the product management team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of 12 + years of success in product management leadership roles, in SAAS Supply Chain Execution solutions space.
  • Extensive experience with Enterprise Planning product development, including mobile applications, platforms, and latest technologies is required.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles, mobile UI/UX best practices, and mobile app development processes is required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and driving customer success.

The salary range for this position is: USD $130,769.23- $189,615.38

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
