D365 Business Analyst & Systems Developer

Position Overview:

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design, enhance, and optimize D365 F&SCM and related systems. From gathering requirements to customizing solutions, you'll help shape the technology that supports our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions
  • Analyze gaps and recommend improvements to streamline supply chain and operational performance
  • Lead D365 customization, development, and configuration
  • Build integrations between D365 and other business systems
  • Design and automate workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Manage testing, QA, and user acceptance activities
  • Deliver user training and support adoption across departments
  • Support project management and change initiatives throughout the system lifecycle
  • Travel up to 50% for training, UAT, and on-site implementation support


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably with D365 experience
  • Experience with D365 modules (Finance & Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Customer Service)
  • Full lifecycle implementation project experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems
  • Skilled in requirement gathering, use case development, and test planning
  • Proficient in Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Agile project experience preferred
  • D365 or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or SQL
  • Background in enterprise application or ERP development
