*Description*
Client Underwriting Technology at Bank of America is looking for a Project Manager for a 1 year + contract position. Candidates will be working directly with the LOBs to help their work become a project. They will not be doing traditional PM work but more operational work. They will be working with the LOBs when they want to get work done to come up with the deliverables, the sizing efforts, the budget/financials, and understanding impact to other AITs. This role is responsible for helping the business define and pursue their tactical and strategic technology vision. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their high level requirements, and perform impact analysis leading to technology solution design and sizing. Individuals in this role have a working knowledge of the business/technical domain and the main applications within the domain, and provide thought leadership based on their experience. They collaborate across business and technology domains to align on priorities and ensure clear communication of vision and scope. Duties include, but not limited to the following: * Act as Primary contact and escalation on technology matters for a single line of business * Perform Line of Business and Stakeholder identification and involvement * Provide synthesis and communication of product vision * Lead and coordinate with business and technology teams to periodically refresh strategic roadmap for a business organization * Influence stakeholder strategy, and understand their needs to help engage technology teams in solution design. * Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders supporting a business organization. * Work with Business to define Requirements including product scope and vision; Act as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions * Work with technology teams to determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications; assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design. * Assist the line of business with Lean Business Case development * Work with technology teams to size effort; Establish time, cost & scope constraints * Identify funding needs and assist LOB to acquire approved funding * Negotiate and prioritize future and present work *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $56.00/hr.
