Location: Hybrid in Manhattan - 2 days per week *Top Skills' Details* *lead execution of strategic initiatives across our key products *experience in financial services *delivery management expertise, SDLC discipline and the ability to collaborate across cross functional teams including Product, Engineering and Operations * 10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs with cross-functional teams. * 10-15 years of experience in the financial industry preferred. * Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and objectively. Job Description * Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. * Lead the execution of key technology initiatives, including allocation engine, code documentation, and validations. * Manage capacity growth projects to ensure scalability and performance. * Translate Product OKRs into clear, actionable project deliverables. * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across both Business and Technology teams to align project goals and expectations, ensuring successful outcomes. * Break down strategic objectives into well-defined project components. * Lead the initiation and planning of projects, defining goals, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. * Maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities. * Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, ensuring clear communication of the impact to stakeholders. * Track program health, monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and velocity. * Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely project execution. * Perform proactive risk assessments, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. * Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders on project status. * Serve as a strategic partner to Business and Technology teams, offering insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and technology investments. * Uphold program / project management governance standards. * Maintain centralized project documentation to ensure accessibility and organization. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
