TEKsystems is currently hiring REMOTE Healthcare CSRs for a large healthcare company out of Dallas, TX. * You must live in DFW to be considered for this role. If you are interested in applying, please apply and send your most updated resume to rsison @ teksystems.com * Key Responsibilities: * Achieves daily outbound and inbound call requirement based on current and evolving processes * Responds to Outbound & Inbound calls in accordance with company standards - courteously and professionally * Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information * Establishes rapport and builds trust while assisting HCPs and their office staff * Disseminate office messages accurately and professionally * Use services and available resources to convert inquiry calls to new patient fills * Escalates requests as necessary (Forward to Sales Team or Customer Service Representative) * Consistently meets monthly KPI objectives and Fill goals * Meeting dialogue requirements * Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
