This role will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the platform. Responsibilities: 1. Configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs. 2. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. 5. Manage user access and permissions within the ServiceNow platform. 6. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features to ensure the platform is utilized efficiently. 7. Designs and coordinates ServiceNow communication, ISD Support and ACH training content/strategies. 8. Coordinates, monitors, and reports status of all ServiceNow upgrades and optimizations. 9. Manage vendors and service providers. 10. Break-fix and optimization review and prioritization. Technical Expertise: 1. Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. 2. Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) to customize and extend platform functionality. 3. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) best practices and processes. 4. Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in ServiceNow. 5. Experience with ServiceNow performance analytics and reporting capabilities. 6. Experience with clinical and business workflows and effective use of ServiceNow suite of modules. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Competencies: 1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred. 3. Experience in ITAM and SAM preferred. 4. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or development role. 5. Experience working in an IT service management environment is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $99900.00/yr.
