As a Security Professional - Chemical Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more .

Join our team as a Security Officer in the chemical and petrochemical sector, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and a TX-SP Registration-AUS. CPR/First Aid and experience with alarm panels and access control systems are preferred.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
