Reporting to the Education Program Manager, the Education Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Medical Assistant (MA) float pool, MA intern and extern student clinical rotation programs, and orientation and onboarding of new hire float pool MAs. Enters, monitors and maintains schedules, practice requests and Kronos for designated employees. Assists practices with MA clinical competencies, concerns and remediation. Participates in recruitment activities, all hiring activities and evaluations, and other clinical competency programs for the Beaumont Medical Group (BMG).
