As a Principal Product Manager - Azure Databricks Product Management team, you will work closely with both customers and partners to enable business growth and deliver on the roadmap. You will work closely across cross-functional teams such as busines, marketing, and sales. You will work together with engineering teams to ensure timely launch of products and product enhancements while also working with business teams to drive adoption of these products. ResponsibilitiesYou will own and drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You'll also help in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.You will drive the team to define a feature set and execute upon it.You will scale Product Marketing teams by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as leading the creation of customer support plans. You'll also take advantage of major opportunities to promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.You will guide teams to partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to improve product development in specific areas. You'll also coach teams to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers.Leads governance programs and processes to ensure that specific performance requirements and standards are met throughout the development lifecycle (e.g., quality, compliance privacy, security, safety, accessibility). |
