Program Supervisor (BSC)

* Manages rate of participant non-compliance

* Holds weekly team meetings

* Schedules individual supervision sessions with staff quarterly

* Participates in monthly unit meetings

* Ensures ongoing and open communication with staff and peers

* Ensures application process for federal disability is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract

* Reviews comprehensive service plans

* Ensures that TDSs are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self-sufficiency

* Manages Equus WORCS invoicing data system; monitor funding and ensure all obligations are within available levels for Adult and Dislocate Worker

* Other duties as assigned

* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong management and organization skills

* Ability to work with culturally diverse population

* Ability to work across all levels of management and staff

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
