Position Summary

The Belonging Program Manager plays a vital role within the Human Potential (HP) team. In this position, you will help shape the culture and success of MultiCare's employees by managing initiatives that foster and sustain a genuine sense of belonging, employee engagement, and professional development-all in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and co-create the design and deployment of MultiCare's Belonging initiatives and programs, including employee engagement initiatives, training courses, employee toolkits, project management, data analysis, and process/policy reviews and recommendations.
  • Serve as Co-Chair of the Belonging Advisory Council-a group of approximately 40 cross-regional employees who provide insights and guidance on the organization's belonging initiatives.
  • Oversee MultiCare's Belonging Resource Groups (BRGs).
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and organizational values.
  • Provide training for managers on effective recruitment, hiring, management, evaluation, and retention of employees, with a focus on engagement, excellence, and fostering a high-performance workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined relevant experience in areas such as group facilitation, conflict resolution, change/transition management, education/training, coaching, instructional design, organizational learning, and/or improvement.
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred, with a proven track record of driving results related to leveraging the talents, beliefs, backgrounds, and multifaceted uniqueness of employees, patients, and communities.
  • Experience with administering and interpreting various employee engagement and development tools for individual and team growth.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,018.00 - $135,221.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
