Senior Licensed Architect Role Description: Huitt-Zollars has a great full-time opportunity for Senior Licensed Architect at our San Diego, CA office. This role assists the design teams through all project phases including business and client development, programming, design and construction documents, and construction administration while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have worked in Institutional markets, specifically Healthcare or a desire to learn Healthcare Architecture. Annual Base Salary Range: $128,000-$160,000 and up depending on experience and qualifications of the selected candidate(s). The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate's individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.
