We're actively seeking a talented Business Process Analyst to join our Sales Intelligence Team. This role is on-site. You'll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters or our modern Omaha office. As a Business Process Analyst you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by performing current state analysis to identify process improvement opportunities as well as project managing initiatives within the Distribution organization. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division. This role will support Fusion teams, including Sales Process Optimization as well as Opportunity Management via Agile ways of working. Your colleagues will include fellow Sales, Marketing, Technology and Product professionals. How you'll help move us forward: The experience you bring: * Four-year College Degree or equivalent business experience * Advanced Excel and reporting experience * Ability to interact with Tableau dashboards * Experience leveraging Salesforce CRM data * Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams What makes you stand out: * Financial Services experience (Life, Annuity, Investments) * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support process optimization * Continuous Improvement designations (Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence) * Project Management Credentials (PMP or equivalent) * Experience using Vizio or other software applications to document and visualize value streams and business processes You can be who you are. #LI-KP1 Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
