• Make an Impact! The Manager Emergency Medical Services collaborates with the Paramedic Chief to manage both the clinical and administrative operations of the prehospital services organization. The Manager is accountable for providing leadership to staff in the deployment of professional prehospital practice, provision of quality patient care, and a culture of safety. The Manager accepts responsibility and 24-hour accountability for assigned areas under the executive direction of the President of Riddle Hospital. The Manager demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to be accountable for patient care activities and the development of staff in a fiscally sound manner. Position: Manager Emergency Medical Services
Shift: 40

Experience:
* Minimum of five years of prehospital advanced life support experience or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Emergency Services Manager.

Education:
* High school graduate required
* Successful completion of an approved Paramedic program.
* College graduate preferred - Certification or Degree in Prehospital Management

Licensures/Certifications:
*Current Pennsylvania certification as a Paramedic with current Delaware County Medical Command status.
* Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
* Hazmat Awareness, VRT, and EVOC all are required.
* Other certifications are encouraged, such as: NREMT-P, PHTLS, BTLS, PALS, or NALS, Fire I or
equivalent
* Current driver's license valid in Pennsylvania with seven years of driving experience.
