Lead a squad of superheroes-developers, admins, testers, and change champs-to crush it on every project. Champion organizational change by designing strategies that inspire teams to embrace new processes, tools, and ways of working with enthusiasm. Scope out requirements with stakeholders, turning their "what ifs" into "heck yeahs" with killer solutions. Keep the energy high and the chaos low-manage risks, timelines, budgets, and resources like a pro. Partner with execs, business leads, and IT rockstars to align ServiceNow initiatives with our grand vision. Drive the full program lifecycle-kickoffs, sprints, testing, go-lives, and victory laps that leave everyone cheering. Amp up adoption-work with change managers to get teams hyped and ready to roll with new capabilities. Lead change communication efforts-craft messages that spark excitement and clarity across all levels of the organization. Oversee training initiatives that empower employees to thrive through change, ensuring seamless transitions. Anticipate resistance to change and flip it into opportunity-using your influence to foster a culture of adaptability and growth. Track the wins-report progress, metrics, and ROI to leadership with swagger and clarity, highlighting change success stories.
