Job Summary: We're seeking aSenior Commercial Real Estate Valuation Advisorto lead strategic valuation engagements for institutional clients managing complex commercial real estate loan portfolios. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends technical valuation expertise with consultative leadership. You'll transform intricate loan data into actionable insights that drive investment decisions, support financial reporting, and uncovers risk exposure. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor to our clients - someone who can navigate nuanced loan structures, develop and review sophisticated valuation models, and clearly articulate the rationale behind valuation conclusions. Within 3-6 months, you'll be leading client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and shaping the evolution of our valuation platform and processes. What You'll Do:
