Primary Responsibilities In the role of Project Facilitator, we'll count on you to:
- Assist with initial project file setup, file management, and project archiving.
- Assist Project Managers with contracts, sub-contracts, and document management.
- Coordinate with legal department for acquiring professional insurance certificates and monitor renewal status for active projects.
- Assist writing and issuing meeting notes.
- Compile, edit, and publish CSI technical specifications under direction of Project Architect.
- Administrative support for construction administration duties, including logging of submittals and RFI's, and coordinating responses with project team members.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Accounting, and Operational and Business leadership for project initiation, monthly, and quarterly reviews to meet quality requirements.
- Play a supportive role in the day-to-day facilitation of studio administrative tasks, such as ordering lunches, generating expense reports, et cetera.
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and an overall positive attitude when meeting deadlines.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external clients in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Similar experience in the A/E industry
- Proficiency with Newforma
- Proficiency with construction management platforms (such as E-builder, ProCore, Kahua, etc.)

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
