Summary:

In this role, you will deliver performance improvement insights to support member's ability to drive change and achieve strategic goals for Academic Medical Centers and Vizient top accounts. You will interpret, prioritize, and deliver transparent comparative clinical, operational, and utilization analytics to guide strategy discussions, drive value and measure performance improvement results.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver performance improvement insights to support member's ability to drive change and achieve strategic goals.
  • Maximize member participation in Vizient offerings to achieve the greatest value and improvement.
  • Align analytic capabilities and Vizient solutions with members' strategic aspirations.
  • Apply clinical, operational, and utilization insights and industry experience to help solve member problems and accelerate improvement.
  • Execute, achieve, and sustain improvement plans by influencing critical success factors (e.g., culture, leadership characteristics, physician alignment, and organizational structure).
  • Leverage insights from clinical, operational, and supply analytics and align with Vizient solutions to maintain an opportunity pipeline.
  • Support revenue generation through member retention and identification of additional service and subscription opportunities.
  • Maintain analytic subscriptions and ensure members retain data integrity.
  • Develop and execute actions designed to influence member engagement, achievement of measureable value, and maintain/improve satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree desired.
  • 7 or more years of experience in a quality improvement/performance improvement role within a health care setting required.
  • Performance Improvement leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience presenting to hospital C-suite members desired.
  • Experience working with and interpreting various types of data (clinical, operational, supply chain) desired.
  • Clinical background in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Project management experience desired.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strongly prefer candidates living in the Western / Central regions of the U.S.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
