Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:



  • Partner with the IPG Talent Acquisition team to facilitate new hires through the pre-employment and onboarding process using our ATS system, ensuring candidates have positive onboarding experiences.
  • Assist in recruitment administration by inputting newly created requisitions into the ATS system, ensuring information is neat and accurate. Post newly created positions on ATS and external recruitment sites.
  • Support recruitment activities by reviewing and prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate progress.


Talent Management:



  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs to foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Support the implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives, contributing to a vibrant and motivated workforce.
  • Maintain records of training attendance and feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our training efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:



  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
