Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in Bethesda, MD office
Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a management consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Human Resources Manager. MSG provides consulting services across the federal government in the areas of training and technical assistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, program management, and information technology and digital services. Our federal clients include the U.S. Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Labor, Justice, Homeland Security, and the National Science Foundation. About the Role:
As a key partner, you will play a critical hands-on role in aligning HR and recruiting practices with business goals, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a high-performance culture. This role requires a seasoned HR generalist with proven experience in business development recruiting , particularly within the complex regulatory environment supporting government contracts.
