You will provide administrative support across the HR department including employee relations, program administration, reporting, and customer service.
What you will do:
  • Develop a working knowledge of the business and take a consultative approach with clients, anticipating and assessing challenges and providing creative solutions to business priorities.

  • Document existing HR workflows, identify trends, and support strategies of continuous process improvement across HR functional areas.

  • Assist employee relations processes including but not limited to EEO investigations, ADA requests, severance, and separation.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employment policies.

  • Support the mid-year and year end performance process by assisting with training, developing content, and reviewing spot bonus process.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support by responding to customer inquiries in HRIS and JIRA, providing guidance to managers, and supporting HR leadership.

  • Foster a customer-focused approach to the design and implementation of HR processes, programs, and systems.

  • Analyze, create and standardize reports for leadership and assist with workflow design and automation for the organization.

You need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Human Resources.

  • Approximately 4-7 years of experience in any of the following HR disciplines:recruiting/staffing, compensation, employee and labor relations, performance management, compliance reporting and/or training and development.

  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS (e.g. Workday) and project management (e.g. JIRA) software.

  • Experience in effectively collaborating with senior managers.

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
