Location: Calmont Operations BuildingDepartment: Member ServicesShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: Additional Information: Responsible for the timely development, management, and optimization of all materials produced for Cook Children's Health Plan (CCHP) Members ensuring compliance and data accuracy. This includes Member Handbooks, newsletters, ID cards, Welcome letters, notifications, and standardized PowerPoints. In addition to developing Member materials, must maintain the VAS submission and implementation ensuring that any updates to content is made in a timely and appropriate manner. Achieves service excellence, and supports initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional departments to facilitate, execute and support necessary materials for the Members.
