Position: Circuit Provisioning Technician Location - Onsite Ft. Gregg-Adams , VA Clearance: Active Secret (preferred) / Eligible to obtain The TSR Team is responsible to coordinate, review and approve all aspects of circuit provisioning with respect to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a demanding fast paced environment. Candidate will be required to participate in a team environment. Required Tasking * Register and obtain appropriate role assignments in DISA StoreFront/ TIBI provisioning/ inventory/ billing tool, and TCOSS ( or latest authorized tools) to manage provisioned communication products and services. * Be trained and qualified to operate automated systems used to manage the lifecycle of communication products and services (e.g., DISA Storefront/ TIBI/ TCOSS, GSA TBI, and Vendor Portals). * Create and manage user accounts for agency staff members in vendor-owned portals and serve as the coordinator for training on these portals. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including problem resolution, escalation and notification established via contracts, providers, MOA, SLAs ISSA, and ISAs for the lifecycle management of communication products and services. * Participate in team meetings, contribute to technical discussions and products, and provide summary reports of these discussions. * Meet and coordinate with DISA, GSA, commercial vendors, host installations, COR, and/or end users on Government's behalf to resolve management, acquisition, or technical issues relating to communication products and services ((includes NIPRNET Connection Approval [CA] Process) and then report to Government for approval. * Identify problem areas, facilitate solutions, and request changes or improvements to DeCA, DISA, DoD, or federal long-haul processes. * Maintain all CMO documentation, (paper and electronic) in accordance DoD and DeCA Records Management guidelines and SOPs. Documents will be posted appropriately in DeCA's central document repository (currently SharePoint). * Discontinue any unnecessary service immediately when missions change, bases close, service is no longer required, etc., as directed by the Government. Ability to process a Circuit Order from initial concept to working product Team Player Attention to Detail Self Motivated Problem solver Experience: Storefront TCOSS Working with Vendors -DISA, ATT and LEC Coordinating Circuit Turn-up & Disconnects Working with vendor Candidate must have 2-4 years' experience working in a circuit provisioning type role. Must have experience and in-depth familiarity with working with long haul carriers such as Verizon and AT&T. Must have experience working in a government circuit provisioning environment and possess a deep understanding of government policies and procedures. Prior DISA Storefront and TCOSS experience highly desirable, Education: Candidate must have high school diploma. Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card which will require the successful completion of a NACI investigation. DoD Secret clearance is preferable. This is a full-time position, located in Fort Gregg-Adams (formerly Fort Lee). Telework from local area is currently authorized. About Us: CompQsoft Inc.
