The Director, HRBP is responsible for partnering with our global commercial C-level leaders and their teams to develop and implement people and culture strategies to drive business results as thought partners, trusted advisors, change agents, and consultants on topics related to talent within the business. This role requires strong coaching skills, change management, and the ability to plan and execute flawlessly on people-related activities (ex: organizational design, performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, etc.). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has extensive strategic and HR functional knowledge and thrives in managing multiple people initiatives and interactions with all levels of the organization. Remote: US only roles The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $200,000 to $230,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
