What You'll Do:


CW Resources is looking for a Laundry Assembler Lead to help coordinate daily operations in a commercial laundry setting. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside your team while providing day-to-day guidance to keep things running smoothly.



  • Participate actively in day-to-day laundry tasks, ensuring items are sorted by type, size, and client requirement.

  • Fold and assemble items neatly and efficiently, keeping consistency with presentation guidelines and timelines.

  • Verify labeling and bundling accuracy based on delivery or storage protocols.

  • Provide guidance to team members throughout the shift to maintain workflow, quality, and safety.

  • Monitor overall production flow and help redistribute tasks as needed to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Offer real-time support and suggestions to team members to improve task efficiency.

  • Address minor questions or issues from laundry team to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Ensure team members are following proper procedures and using equipment correctly and safely.

  • Observe staff to confirm adherence to site protocols, including hygiene standards and PPE use.

  • Perform spot-checks on folded and packed laundry items to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

  • Support training of new team members on basic tasks and site protocols.

  • Operate laundry equipment such as folders, conveyors, or bagging machines as needed.

  • Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate major malfunctions to the Supervisor.

  • Communicate any supply shortages, equipment concerns, or issues to the site supervisor promptly.

  • Keep an eye on inventory levels of detergent, bags, and other consumables.

  • Assist with end-of-shift cleaning duties including sweeping, wiping down equipment, and organizing supplies.


What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a laundry or assembly role required.

  • Familiarity with operating laundry equipment (e.g., folders, conveyors, baggers).

  • Strong attention to detail for quality and cleanliness standards.

  • Time management and task coordination skills to help maintain workflow.

  • Effective verbal communication skills for guiding team members and reporting to supervisors.

  • Maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude while leading by example.

Physical & Environmental Demands:



  • Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout an entire shift, often lasting 6-8 hours or more.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting motions required to sort, fold, and handle laundry items.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull laundry loads and equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds safely.

  • Repetitive hand and arm movements for folding, operating machines, and packing items.

  • Good manual dexterity and coordination to operate laundry machinery and perform quality checks.

  • Work takes place in a commercial laundry facility or production area with industrial machines and conveyor systems.

  • Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, including heat and humidity generated by washers, dryers, and steam equipment.

  • Exposure to noise from machinery and occasional contact with cleaning agents and detergents (personal protective equipment is provided as necessary).
