About the Organization E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2) is a professional services firm established in 1988 specializing in a full spectrum of engineering services including project engineering and design, federal base operations and infrastructure support services, gas pipeline construction and inspection services, environmental consulting and remediation, and information technology services. Overview We are seeking a Government Project Accountant to manage the finances on a government contract ensuring compliance with governmental and accounting regulations. Responsible for maintaining project accounting records and examining, analyzing and interpreting data for the purpose of reporting to management. The role involves budgeting, performing plan versus actual analysis, establishing indirect rate pools, financial reporting, and overseeing the proper allocation of costs to the final cost objectives in accordance with contract requirements. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Project related activities, including but not limited to: Adding, tracking, and closing line items. Reviewing customer project numbers for correct location coding.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Travel Will be required to travel when required to meet with management, clients, and teaming partners in Morgantown, WV and Pittsburgh, PA NETL facilities.
