Location Site: Salem Health Medical Clinic - Skyline Village, 5050 Skyline Village Loop S, Salem, Oregon 97306 Your role with us As a medical office assistant at our Skyline Clinic, the role focuses on providing excellent front-line patient service, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and referrals, and managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. The assistant ensures efficient clinic operations through professional communication, accurate registration and billing processes, and support of clinical and administrative tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of Epic and insurance systems, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. What you'll do
