Location Site: Salem Hospital, 890 Oak Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97301 Your role with us As an Operations Specialist in our Labor & Delivery unit at Salem Health, you'll be a vital behind-the-scenes partner supporting one of the most meaningful moments in our patients' lives - childbirth. In this fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment, you'll manage critical administrative and operational tasks that keep our unit running efficiently, safely, and compassionately. From scheduling procedures and maintaining medical records to ensuring supply readiness and supporting quality compliance, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact the experience of patients, families, and care teams. You'll serve as a central communication hub, coordinating with nurses, physicians, and external partners, and ensuring that every shift flows smoothly.
