Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years' experience as an aviation paint technician working on commercial or corporate aircraft. Able to use tools and equipment associated with the aircraft painting process. Hands-on experience working with standard spray paint equipment such as electrostatic paint guns, cup guns, HVLP guns, etc. Strong buffing and polishing skills of urethanes and acrylic clear coats. Eye for precision and attention to details. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Six 6 years' experience in painting corporate aircraft or VIP jet aircraft. Design, layout and graphic experience.
