Job Description
Location: New York, NYConde Nast is seeking a Fashion Market Editor to craft unique and compelling shopping-focused content for Vogue Shopping. The ideal candidate will be passionate about shopping across every fashion category and possess a strong background in fashion market and merchandising whilst being competent in writing and editing. The ideal candidate is confident in content execution with an ability to spot trends, pitch and write stories and provide compelling visuals to support via affiliate linked product and original shoot imagery shot under the Vogue Shopping creative aesthetic in our in-house editorial studio. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing traffic and conversion results as much as they do creating content as well as brainstorming new ways to engage our audience around shopping-driven stories on all our digital platforms, including social, newsletter, original content, and storefront. The candidate should have a strong editorial eye and taste level with a passion for curation and discovery. This role reports into Vogue's Associate Fashion Director. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have fashion market & shopping experience at either an editorial platform or mulit-brand retailer and a strong enthusiasm for helping define the content-to-commerce strategy at Vogue.
This is a guild position. The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$93,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
