Lead Powder Coater/Painter - Join Our Team in Manitowoc, WI

Wage: Starting at $21.50/hour + $2/hour shift premium - Pay based on experience

Schedule: 4-day workweek! Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Occasional overtime on Fridays

Your Role as a Leader:

As a Powder Coater/Painter Lead, you will:

• Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines
