Learn more at flexera.com The Role The Senior Change Manager drives improvements across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), leading large-scale change initiatives, refining ways of working and preparing stakeholders to adopt changes. Supporting 1,300+ product and engineering employees across 100+ teams, the role fosters collaboration and alignment at scale. Success hinges on strong stakeholder engagement, trust-building, and empathy, enabling teams to continuously improve and adopt best practices. The Impact The Senior Change Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing Flexera's ability to deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. By leading large-scale change management initiatives, optimizing processes, and driving stakeholder alignment, it ensures seamless product delivery aligned with business objectives. The impact extends across 1,300+ product and engineering employees within 100+ teams, enabling them to work more effectively through refined ways of working, targeted training programs, and the adoption of best practices. With expertise in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence, the position strengthens organizational agility, minimizes inefficiencies, and drives sustainable growth.
